A silky Belgian pistachio cream with a roasted, nut-forward flavor and a smooth, spoonable texture. The 7 oz jar is sized for home baking, desserts, breakfast, and drinks, giving you pastry-shop flavor without a commercial-size bucket.
Use it straight from the jar or as a ready-to-use filling, swirl, spread, or topping for croissants, cheesecake, cookies, pancakes, gelato, lattes, and Dubai-style chocolate.

Sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, palm, rapeseed), roasted pistachio paste, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), salt.

Traces of peanuts and gluten.
No artificial preservatives, sweeteners, or flavors. Made and packed in Belgium.

How to Use
- Stuffed cookies: Sandwich a small spoonful between two portions of cookie dough before sealing and baking, or use it as the center of thumbprint cookies after baking.
- Cheesecake: Spoon over the batter and swirl before baking, or spread a thin pistachio layer over a cooled cheesecake before decorating.
- Croissants & donuts: Pipe into baked croissants, bomboloni, donuts, or choux for a ready-to-use pistachio filling.
- Dubai-style chocolate: Mix with toasted kataifi, then use the mixture inside chocolate bars, cups, or filled bonbons.
- Café drinks: Whisk into espresso and warm milk for a pistachio latte, or blend into milkshakes and frappes.
- Breakfast & desserts: Finish pancakes, waffles, crepes, ice cream, yogurt bowls, or fruit with a spoonful just before serving.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and strong odors.
Natural oil separation may occur, especially after warm storage or transit. This is normal and does not make the product unusable. Stir thoroughly until smooth before use.
Shelf life: 12 months unopened from production. Best-before date printed on the package label.
